Background
- Below are the main findings from 1:1 sessions with 8 of the 16 Lighthouse agencies.
- Feedback has been organized into 4 categories: Persona, General Product Feedback, Feature Specific, and Daily Work Flows.
- Within each category, there are a set of insights. In order for feedback to become an insight, 5 or more agencies needed to share the sentiment.
- The results from our BA value survey, as well as recommendations based on findings, are included at the end of this document.
- LH users are defined by the following criteria: 60 PES, 15+ hours per user, $42K monthly premium per user
- “O/A” = Lighthouse Owner/Admin and will be utilized throughout this document.
